Services and Literature for Prospective Donors
- Business and charitable management. We offer
traditional business management or "personal CFO" services, including
accounting, bill-paying, and tax returns. We also help manage philanthropic
aspects for individuals and corporations.
- Planning major gifts. We help prospective
donors plan major gifts and when appropriate assist with the overall
estate plan. CRTs are particularly helpful in avoiding capital gains
and estate taxes, and are often used with appreciated stocks, realty,
collectibles, etc. For testamentary dispositions, they are often used
with IRAs and pensions.
- Sponsorship. Consider sponsoring a license for your
favorite charity or community foundation.
- Trust administration. We provide accounting,
tax returns and trust reporting, allowing the donor the comfort of
knowing the details are in the care of specialists.
