Fee Schedule for Charitable Remainder Trust Administration Annual Fee - $375 base, plus: .30% on first $1 million (.35% if income limitation) .20% on next million .10% on additional assets. The minimum annual fee is $1,200 (includes $375 base) or $1,400 in the case of a unitrust with an income limitation. The minimum fee may be negotiable when the trust is substantially inactive or funded with minimal assets in anticipation of later funding. Administration services include bookkeeping or Lotus summary and preparation of federal and state tax returns. Additional Charges: A. Set-up fee: $325. This one-time fee is charged to set up the trust on the administration system. B. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses may be charged. C. The above are for normal and customary work. JMP Charitable Management Services (JMPCMS) reserves the right to charge an hourly or fixed fee for work occasioned by the type of asset, IRS examinations, special circumstances, extraordinary distributions or special requests, subject to the approval of the trustee. Notes: Fees are based upon beginning of the year trust values and prorated values of additional (or initial) contributions. The set-up fee is payable in advance. Other normal fees are payable quarterly in advance. J.
