 
CRT Book/Library License Agreement Important: Before ordering from JMP you must read the following license aggreement and acknowledge your agreement by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page labeled ' I Agree '. Single-User License to CRT R&D Electronic Library If the user obtains access as a sub-licensee, whether such access was obtained by gift or purchase, the user agrees to adhere to the same terms as a licensee or purchaser. The purchaser agrees that the license to the materials in the CRT R&D Library is a single user license contracted from J. Michael Pusey unless otherwise specified. The licensee agrees to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of any passwords, including refraining from publishing the passwords in written communications, including letters and newsletters. The license includes the right to download materials to harddrive and/or storage device and print a single copy of the materials. The materials are copyrighted by J. Michael Pusey, and may not be transferred electronically or by other means, including by disk or storage device or by communication of password access to the JMP Charitable Management Service's web site of materials. If the purchaser is an organization, single-user license means single-machine license. The materials on one machine may be accessed by members and employees of that organization on a single machine at one location. The CRT R&D Library license includes three passwords to access library privileges during the periods of the passwords. Barring technical difficulties, illness or other extraordinary circumstances, new passwords are issued within 2 months after 4/30, 8/31, and 12/31. The written materials are often of a general nature and are sold with the understanding that they do not constitute legal, investment, accounting or tax advise. While the author will sometimes cite comments of attorneys on legal matters when appropriate to the general discussion, the author does not present them as more than factors noted to be considered by legal counsel. The reader is cautioned to consult his or her attorney, tax adviser, investment adviser and/or other professional consultants, and warned that laws and interpretations may change. The licensee agrees that by accessing the materials, this license agreement is agreed to and governed by the laws of California.
